Travel Thoughts #23: Is travel burn-out real?

To all the longterm travelers out there, do you sometimes feel tired or exhausted of traveling? You wanna just stay in one place and just do nothing?

To everyone else, it may sound crazy. You are traveling for months or even years. You live the dream life of so many people. You travel to so many different countries. You live your best life. But is it so?

Sure, the places you are able to travel to are amazing. Getting to know different cultures and people are great opportunities. It is a rare opportunity to have this chance to travel and still you feel sometimes off?

Travel Burn-Out is real. Not only in the working place.

Traveling to too many different places in a short amount of time, the stress to plan and book everything, feeling overwhelmed of the new places, people and culture.

Taking breaks in between for your well-being are so important. Staying in one place for a few weeks and sleep in the same bed, can give you a break. Having a routine and doing some sports is a great way to cope.

Keep it in mind and happy travels. It is an amazing opportunity you have to travel all around the world!
